Hello All! We’ve missed you!
In April we stopped booking any more sales until We were in a safer stage with the pandemic.
I am starting to reach out to families that have been on a waiting list and see if our services are still needed.

I will be working all weekend at our current Estate at 7240 Collison Side Rd. ( Holiday Beach area) Customer wants everything cleared out ASAP so we are making great deals! Posted are items that can be purchased via etransfer. You can make an appointment tomorrow or Sunday for contact free pick up. There are also lots of household misc, books, China, glassware, clothing, electronics and a garage FULL of tools! Come alone or with one other person if you require help to move items

*if you are picking up a large item, please ensure you have help.

Please arrive on time and respect each appointment is 30 minutes.( please do not keep others waiting) You will be the only customers in the home.

Please stay in your car when arriving and I will advise you when it is ok to proceed.

We have 2 more Estates after this one, we are working hard to make it safe for everyone.

Please also remember that Estate services are essential. The priority of our business is to provide a service for the family after the loss of a loved one. Numerous hours go into cleaning before and after and to have the home ready for real estate listing! Please move items carefully, and respect property inside and out

The road is blocked coming from the East.
Come from the 7th concession or Collison Side road starts across from the entrance to Holiday Beach off county Rd 50
It’s a km down, 3rd house on the left just after the 7th.
